Smart Attachments for Jira allow users to search for attachments. The Find Attachments function requires the indexation of attachments so that you can search for these attachments correctly.

  • Navigate to Jira administration > Apps.
  • Locate the Smart Attachments section.
  • Click Attachment Indexation.
  • On the opened page, click the Index attachments button.
  • Wait till the end of indexation. When the indexation is completed, the user will see a respectful message.
