New in this release

Added support for workflow conditions automating verification of attachments.

Now you can add conditions that will automatically check presence of attachments in the specific category or attachments uploaded by the specific user, user group or project. Depending on the availability, the user will or will not be able to execute transition to the next workflow step.

Added support for workflow post functions automating execution of routine tasks on attachments.

Now you can automatically delete or move attachments from the specific category, or email them to the required colleagues or business contacts of yours.

The new version of add-on also includes the following feature:

  • Improved the Category is not Empty validator and added verification of attachment name by name pattern or regular expression.

Fixed in this release

  • Resolved the issue with the opening the confirmation form when deleting a document revision.
  • Corrected behavior of removing attachment ID's in the database after performing the bulk operation.
