Added an option to execute automatic distribution of attachments for the Issue Created and Comment Added events.
Now you can automatically distribute attachments submitted from the customer portal or through mail handler in your Jira issues. Additionally, the automatic distribution rule is applied to attachments placed into the Uncategorized category only.
