You can assign one or multiple users to any checklist item in Checklist for Jira Cloud | Smart ToDo Lists. This way, teams can clearly see who is responsible for each task and stay in sync.
How to assign users to checklist items
Hover over the checklist item.
Click the user icon that appears on the right.
In the dropdown list, start typing the name of the user you want to assign.
Click on the user in the list to add them.
Press Save.
💡 You can assign up to 10 users to the same checklist item.
How to remove an assignee
Click on the user avatar you'd like to remove.
A dropdown with assigned users will appear.
To remove one user but keep others, click the x icon next to their name.
To remove all assignees, click theicon in the field with all names.
Press Save.
