New in this release

The new version of add-on includes the following features:

  • Added output of the request essential information into the header of Customer Case when viewing request details.
  • Improved the way of embedding images into comments and request description when dragging a file into the related fields.

Fixed in this release

  • Resolved the issue with pasting images larger than 1200 x 800 px from the clipboard into comments and request description.
