New in this release

The new version of add-on includes the following features:

  • Optimized output of page numbers in the pagination block.
  • Added output of the email in the user's profile for users logged in to Customer Case with JIRA accounts.
  • Added validation of the add-on subscription and upon its expiry Customer Case is switched to read-only mode.

Fixed in this release

  • Resolved the issue with the disappearance of the visual text editor border when leaving comments in JIRA.
  • Corrected the output of the EMPLOYEE marker. Now it is displayed only within the one vendor's instance, which the current agent is mapped to.
  • Corrected the way of showing ideas in the user's profile from newest to oldest.
  • Minor issue resolutions and improvements.
