New in this release

The new version of add-on includes the following features:

  • Increased the time period for preserving user sessions up to 21 days.The user session is preserved for one browser. When you log in to Customer Case with another browser, a new user session is created. But the old session is preserved for the first browser until the moment you close it.
  • Increased the time period for confirming the email address up to 24 hours when users create accounts in Customer Case.

Fixed in this release

  • Resolved the authentication issue with the internal user account in Customer Case when using Internet Explorer.
