You can configure some app features in the global Confluence administration settings under the Handy Macros for Confluence section. Once introduced, these changes will be applied to all users.
Disable Handy Page Status globally
Confluence administrators can disable Handy Page Status globally in the app settings from Confluence administration:
Click the Confluence administration icon in the top right corner
Locate the Apps section in the sidebar
Select Handy Macros for Confluence - Page Status Settings
See the list of Confluence spaces with the Handy Page Status toggle indicating its current status for a specific space.
Switch the toggle to enable/disable Handy Page Status for any space.
When disabled for a specific space, all Handy Page Statuses and the ability to add new ones disappear from Confluence pages of the space. If enabled again in settings, Handy Page Statuses will appear on pages if previously added. Please note that some metadata can be missing after the feature is re-enabled.
Delete all Handy Status data
You can delete all Handy Status data if it's not necessary anymore.
Navigate to Global Settings >Handy Macros for Confluence> App Configuration.
Locate the Handy Status menu.
Click Delete statuses to delete all data related to the Handy Status macro.
Submit the action by typing DELETE in the modal dialog.
Please note that once deleted, the Handy Status data can't be restored.

Space administrators can disable Handy Page Status for a specific space in the app settings from space settings:
Click the Space settings from any Confluence space
Locate the Integrations section in the sidebar
Select Handy Macros for Confluence - Page Status Settings
See the Handy Page Status toggle, which indicates its current status for a specific space.
Switch the toggle to enable/disable Handy Page Status for the given space.
When disabled for a specific space, all Handy Page Statuses and the ability to add new ones disappear from Confluence pages of the space. If enabled again in settings, Handy Page Statuses will appear on pages if previously added. Please note that some metadata can be missing after the feature is re-enabled.
