Insert Handy Button

  1. Go to the edit mode.
  2. Insert the Handy Button macro on a page by typing /handy button or with the help of the Insert menu.
  3. Specify the required parameters (see below).
  4. Update or publish the page.

Customize Handy Button

You can customize your Handy Button by specifying the following parameters when inserting the macro:

  • Label (what is written on Handy Button)
  • Page title or URL (link address or relative reference). Handy Button can lead to any external address or Confluence page. Please, start entering an URL with http:// or https://. If no link is found, you'll get a response No options.

  • Color
  • Width in pixels
    • If no width is set, it will be determined by the text length.
    • If the width is set, the button will be rendered using this width. If the text can't be rendered within the width limitation, it will be cropped.

Edit Handy Button

  1. Go to the edit mode.
  2. Click the handy Button you want to change.
  3. Click the Edit icon.
  4. Set the desired parameters.
  5. Click Save.
