Issue rankingLink to Issue ranking

When Issue ranking is enabled, you can customize the issues order in the Issue Spreadsheet to suit your preferences. To do so:

  1. Switch the toggle to activate Issue ranking.

  2. Grab and drop an issue to a new position on the list if needed.

Note that the Issue hierarchy and Group by options are deactivated when the Issue ranking is on.

Issue HierarchyLink to Issue Hierarchy

When the Issue Hierarchy feature is enabled, the Spreadsheet Issue Field Editor displays only Jira Epics and their child issues. To enable the Issue Hierarchy:

  1. Switch the toggle to activate the Issue hierarchy function.

  2. After that, the hierarchy view is applied.

  3. Click + in front of the issue key to expand and view the child issues of an Epic.

GroupingLink to Grouping

You can group the Issue Spreadsheet results by different criteria. To do so:

  1. Under the Group by, click on the Select Group by dropdown menu.

  2. Check the boxes with the required grouping criteria from the dropdown menu.

  3. Click Apply grouping when done.

If you want to add another criteria after the grouping was applied, click on the dropdown menu under the Group by, check the boxes with the required grouping criteria, and click Apply grouping when done.

You can reset grouping in the app once it is applied. To do so:

  1. Click Reset grouping.

  2. All the settings of issue grouping will be reset.
