New in this release

We changed the algorithm for generating forum Inbound emails to improve spam protection for your forum. Now your forum has a new email address.

  1. Please, check a new email address in the mailbox settings.
  2. Change forwarding settings in your email agent to the new forum address.

Your current Inbound email is still working for the 6 following month from the release date. After this period, your current email address won't be accessible. It impacts the deliverability of new requests and answers to tickets made via email. Please, make sure that you configured your email agent forwarding settings to the new email address of your forum as described above.
