Released the first version of TeamCity Integration for JIRA Cloud

With the release of TeamCity Integration for JIRA Cloud you can quickly and easily fetch TeamCity build data. You can further use this data in JIRA Cloud for viewing status of builds and the list of changes for each JIRA issue.
