Views allow you to save JQL queries and selected columns for quick access to the frequently edited data.

Save the Issue Spreadsheet view

You can save any Issue Spreadsheet view to reuse it later.

  1. Choose the required settings.

  2. Click Save as new view.

  3. Enter View Name.

  4. Turn on the toggle if you want to make the view private.

  5. Click Save.

Private views are accessible only to their creators. Public views, on the other hand, can be accessed by all users. However, only the creator of a public view has the ability to update or delete it. Other users have the option to save the modified public view as a new view.

Open the saved view

To open the previously saved view:

  1. Under the View, click on the dropdown menu.

  2. Choose the view from Your saved views list.

Modify the saved view

  1. Select the required view.

  2. Make the changes you need in the Issue Spreadsheet.

  3. The view is marked as Modified.

  4. Click the Update view button to save changes in the view settings.

Manage the saved view

  1. Open Issue Spreadsheet.

  2. Click the menu button.

  3. Choose the required option:

    • Save as new

    • Delete

    • Export current page to CSV

    • Export current page to JSON
