TeamCity Integration for JIRA add-on allows you to configure parameters of build indexation. So you can easily set the appropriate parameters depending on your connectivity, size of TeamCIty instance and number of builds and configurations.

enable skipping builds that cannot be retrieved from TeamCity due to network or any other connector issue. Such builds are not indexed so information about them will not be available in TeamCity.

1. Open the JIRA's Administration console.
2. Locate the TeamCity Configuration section and select Global Configuration.

3. Click Edit.Select .
4. Configure the appropriate parameters, as follows:
   1. Connection Timeout - enter timeout (in seconds) before connection to TeamCity server is established after accidental failure.
   2. Socket Timeout - timeout used for waiting data retireval from TeamCity server.
   3. Response Timeout - timeout before new connection to TeamCity server is established if no response has been received.
   4. Index Depth - depth of indexing builds depending on the recency of bulds (in days).
   5. Skip builds - allows
   ON if you want to enable
   1. skipping builds that cannot be retrieved
