Added a capability to attach files to requests via drag-n-drop.

Now you can quickly attach files in Customer Case while creating requests or writing comments.

The new version of add-on includes the following features:

  • Added a capability to delete specific files after attaching when creating requests or writing comments.

Fixed in this release

  • Corrected behavior of the Post comment button to avoid repeated creation of the same comment.
  • No labels
