Added a capability to generate multidimensional pivot tables.

Now you can create multidimensional pivot tables without any limitations.

Added a capability to export the filtered results to CSV.

Now you can quickly export the filtered results to a CSV file and upload to some external application.

The new version of add-on also includes the following features:

• Added a capability to filter check boxes with the visual filter.
• Added a capability to embed the filtration pane into the Confluence panel in the page edit mode.
• Grouped macro parameters for each macro available in Table Filter and Charts add-on.
• Added a capability to sort the pivot table.
• Added a capability to re-order filters on the filtration pane.
• Added a capability to hide individual elements on the filtration pane.

• Resolved the issue with display of the table with the enabled Fit table to screen area option.
