Resolved the issue with creation of a multidimensional pivot table with icons

The new version of add-on includes the following features:

Added display of the progress bar instead of the warning message when the contents of a dynamic table is loading.

Resolved the issue with generation of a multidimensional pivot table when it contains icons.
Resolved the issue with the impossibility to edit the table header when the Fit table to screen are option is enabled.
