Simultaneous filtration of multiple tables used for generating different charts

The new version of add-on includes the following features:
Added a capability to filter multiple tables used as source for generating multiple charts with one Table Filter macro.
Added the processing of the fixed width of table columns when exporting filtered tables to PDF files.

Resolved the issue with the non-working horizontal scroll bar when enabling the Fit table to screen area option.
Resolved the issue with the incorrect width of table header columns with the enabled Fit table screen area option for the table with columns of fixed width.
