Improved performance of the Pivot Table macro and optimized the Chart from Table macro

New in this release

The new version of add-on includes the following features:

Improved the performance of the Pivot Table macro when aggregating the large table with icons.
Corrected behavior of the Chart from Table macro so now it does not process the filtered values and the Total column from the pivot table.

Fixed in this release

Resolved the issue with the opening of the URL with filtration results when values for filtration contain commas.
