Fixed issues with the Page Properties Report macro and collaborative editing

Resolved the issue with the disappearance of the first table row when using the collaborative editing in Confluence.
Resolved the compatibility issue with identification of used date format in the table generated by the Page Properties Report macro. The date range filter was not able to correctly process the dates when Confluence was displayed in different languages.
Resolved the compatibility issue with the JIRA Issue count macro.
