New dynamic modificator (N+) for the Show first N rows option

The new version of add-on includes the following features:
Added the dynamic modificator (N+) which allows output of more than the specified number of table rows when using the Show first N rows option and filtering table data.

Resolved the issue with the incomplete initialization of the Table Filter macro in Chrome 57.
Resolved the issue with the visibility of the table cells hidden with CSS styles in the exported PDF files.
