Updates in the data indexation mechanism and other stability improvements

New in this release

The new version of add-on includes the following features:

Changed the direction of image scrolling in the carousel on the TeamCity Servers page after the initial add-on installation.
Disabled display of the TeamCity tab in Business projects (provided by JIRA Core).

Fixed in this release

Corrected the behavior of continuous data polling in JIRA when there are no configured TeamCity servers.
Disabled a capability to register a new TeamCity server if the TeamCity server with the current URL has been already registered.
