Support for composite builds and improved indexation of deferred builds

The new version of add-on includes the following features:

Added support for composite builds.
Improved indexation of queued builds after completion of initial build indexation.

Fixed in this release

Resolved the issue with editing configuration of the TeamCity Build Runner field when changing ID of the build configuration in TeamCity.
