The drop-down menu on the Graphs tab, allows you to quickly select any branch your repository for analysis.

By default, Awesome Graphs displays the branch that is set in the repository settings as shown below.

In order to change a branch, select it from the menu and Awesome Graphs will immediately start plotting the graphs for it. This may take a while on large repositories.
