   • Added REST API for CSV export of the app's macros

Fixed in this release:

1. Table Transformer:
   • Anchor links do not work within the exported PDF file if a page title contains ( ) symbols
2. Table Spreadsheet:
   • Buttons do not work in the filter dialog
   • Exporting the spreadsheet to .xlsx may not work if some rows were deleted
