Bug fixes

Fixed in this release:

1. Table Filter:
   • Count totals for columns does not work
   • In the page edit mode, a table display with the merged header row cells breaks upon new columns addition
   • When filter is enabled in the page edit mode, adding row/column shows the last row even it is filtered out
2. Table Transformer:
   • SQL query suggestions (including table references) do not appear
