Improvement in display of the More actions contextual menu

The new version of add-on includes the following features:

Improved the way of showing the More actions contextual menu when hovering over the attachment.

Fixed in this release

Resolved the issue with downloading an archive with attachments from the category when the category has a long name.
Resolved the issue when downloading all attachments from the issue.
