Minor improvements and bug fixes

1. Table Filter:
   • XSS in numbering column class
   • XSS in the Visual Filter within the macro editor
2. Pivot Table:
   • Hidden Total row of a pivot is visible in Table Filter dropdown
3. Table Spreadsheet:
   • Apply conditional formatting when importing an Excel file
   • XSS in luckysheet_getcelldata
   • XSS in dataVerification color
