Minor bug fixes

Fixed in this release:

1. General:

   • Scroll Ignore (Inline) content appears in Scroll Word exports

2. Table Filter:
   • The first cell unfrozen using Freeze first N rows with Freeze first N columns when 2 or more columns are frozen
   • Pivot Table display gets corrupted with multiple "Row lables" set and "Hide Totals" option enabled
3. Table Spreadsheet:
   • Slow loading of imported Excel sheets with conditional formatting applied to the whole row range
   • A sheet is scrolled to the bottom on load when there is only one sheet in the macro
   • Nested Table Spreadsheet macro not showing the table if the attachment name contains umlauts
