Clicking the Contributors tab will show you all repository commiters with their personal activity graph.

The commiters are ordered by commit number, so that you can easily figure out how exactly your team performs. 

Clicking the name of a user takes you to the Contributions graph (this feature is available as a part of the Advanced pack).
