Resolved the issue with comment and suggestion insertion

• Resolved the issue with comment and suggestion insertion into Excerpt, Excerpt Include, Include Page, and Panel macros.
• Resolved the issue with comment and suggestion insertion into links and formatted text.
• Resolved the issue with navigating comments and suggestions inside links.
