Fixed in this release

• Fixed the issue with Talk clouds sometimes not positioning correctly in the editor.
• Fixed the issue with Talk clouds disappearing when reloading a page in the editor in Confluence 6.13.
• Fixed the issue with notifications about new talks being sent despite the fact that the app failed to add a Talk discussion or suggestion.
• Fixed the issue with errors preventing users from adding new Talk discussions or suggestions if trying to add them in the same place, where another talk was just resolved.
