Branch and project labels for commits and pull requests in the Activity Stream.

New in this release:

We have improved the Activity Stream with the list of commits and pull requests. Now, it's possible to see more details of the project, repository or user activity:

what project a pull request or commit belongs to;
what branch a commit belongs to.
