TeamCity Integration for JIRA add-on allows you to enable skipping builds that cannot be retrieved from TeamCity due to network or any other connector issue. Such builds are not indexed so information about them will not be available in TeamCity.

1. Open the JIRA's Administration console.
2. Locate the TeamCity Configuration section and select Global Configuration.
3. Click Edit.
4. Select ON if you want to enable skipping builds that cannot be retrieved.
   
5. Click Update.
