Added a capability to lock attachments

New in this release

Added a capability to temporarily lock attachments against actions of other users.

Now you can lock attachments for a specific time period or lock them while editing in Atlassian Companion. The locking is automatically set when you initiate the file editing in Atlassian Companion.

Resolved the issue with upload of large files into the space storage.
