Added the Table from JSON macro

New in this release:

Added a new macro - Table from JSON.

The macro allows you to output a table from a JSON data source.

Added autodetection of filter type and date format when adding filters in the page view mode.

Resolved the issue when applying Table Filter totals to the Pivot Tabe macro.
