Increased padding for expand icons and resolved issue with commenting permissions

The new version of add-on includes the following features:

Increased padding for icons used to expand the archives and documents with revisions.
Updated the help section and links within it.

Fixed in this release

Resolved the issue with incorrect handling the commenting permissions for attached files.
Restored a capability to download all document revisions when the issue is closed.
