Optimized the interface for entering default values and field width for filters.

The new version of add-on also includes the following features:

• Added the automatic adjustment of filters to fit the length of values.
• Added support for commas in table columns for treating them as a part of column names.
• Added support for tables containing other tables within its cells.

• Resolved the issue with incorrect filtration in tables with merged cells.
• Resolved the issue with shift of icons when enabling / disabling filters.
• Resolved the issue with incorrect display of select lists if the table filter macro and the table are placed within the expand macro.
