Added the capability to show page metadata in the Table Excerpt Include macro

New in this release:

• Added the capability to show page metadata in the Table Excerpt Include macro, such as page, parent page, space, labels, excerpt, author, last modifier, created, updated.
• Added the automatic Pivot Table inline insertion, which uses the first column with repeated values as Row labels and Count as the operation type.
