Resolved the issue with the column width in the Table Excerpt Include macro

Fixed in this release:

• Resolved the issue with the dropdown filter when values are created with the help of a script in a table cell
• Resolved the issue with the column width in the table outputted with the help of the Table Excerpt Include macro after resizing the source table wrapped in the Table excerpt macro
