Added support for the {currentUser.id} URL variable in Table from CSV/JSON

New in this release:

• Added support for the {currentUser.id} variable in the URL parameter of the Table from CSV/JSON macro.

• The Table Filter macro Count not empty total row operator shows zero instead of empty value when all cells are empty.

Fixed in this release:

• Resolved the issue with not showing the Print button in the Table Transformer macro.
