Added CONCAT_VIEW, REPLACE_VIEW, SUBSTRING_VIEW functions for Table Transformer

New in this release:

• Reverted to the date format dots display instead of hyphens for NOW() function in Table Transformer.
• Added new functions for Table Transformer: CONCAT_VIEW, REPLACE_VIEW, SUBSTRING_VIEW - preserving original formatting.

• Resolved the issue with the content undisplayed in the Table Excerpt/Table Excerpt Include preview mode.
  
• Resolved the issue with multiple link symbols rendered as asterisks in Table from CSV when using wiki markup. 
• Resolved the issue with incorrect row width setting in Table Filter.

• Resolved the compatibility issue of Table Filter with the Insight Object macro.
