Table Transformer supports the Messages tab - a setting allowing to hide&adjust the notifications displayed as page-view outputs of a missing, empty table(-s) or unsupported content type (i.e. not a table) placed inside Table Transformer.
There are two message settings available:
- No table found
- No results
No table found - customizing missing/unsupported source outputs
The No table found setting customizes the default output message "Oops, it seems that you need to place a table or a macro generating a table within the Table Transformer macro." displayed if the source table is either missing or unsupported content is nested.
The following options can be set:
- Checked only → hides the "Oops, it seems that you need to place a table or a macro generating a table within the Table Transformer macro." message
- Checked with a message set → replaces the "Oops, it seems that you need to place a table or a macro generating a table within the Table Transformer macro." message with a custom entered one.
No results - customizing empty query/source outputs
The No results setting customizes the default output message "The query returned no rows." displayed if the SQL query or table generating macro returns empty result.
The following options can be set:
- Checked only → hides the "The query returned no rows." message
- Checked with a message set → replaces the "The query returned no rows." message with a custom entered one.
The No results setting can also be used to hide&adjust the empty output messages of such macros as Jira Issues, etc. returning empty tables as a result of JQL.
