Billing FAQ
This FAQ is designed to help you confidently manage your Awesome Graphs subscription by answering the most common billing-related questions.
Free Trial
Can I try Awesome Graphs for Bitbucket Cloud before purchasing?
Yes! Once you install the app, a 14-day free trial begins automatically. During the trial, you have full access to all paid features.
Do I need to enter a credit card to start the trial?
No, a credit card is not required to start your trial.
I previously used the paid version. Can I get another trial?
The free trial is available only once and only to users who haven't used the app before. If you've previously had activated a free trial, you'll need to subscribe to the paid plan to continue using Awesome Graphs. You can do this in your Bitbucket workspace settings by navigating to the Plan details tab under the Awesome Graphs section.
If you decide to cancel, you can request a full refund any time within 30 days of your first payment after the trial ends.
Can I extend my trial period?
Trial extensions may be granted under certain circumstances and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our Support Center or email us at support@stiltsoft.com if you need more time to evaluate the app.
Paid Subscription
How much does Awesome Graphs cost?
Awesome Graphs is priced at $3 per user per month.
How is the subscription price calculated?
The cost is based on the total number of users who have access to your Bitbucket workspace. You can view your subscription details in the Plan details tab under the Awesome Graphs section in your workspace settings.
Can I subscribe for fewer users than are in my workspace?
No, subscriptions are based on the total number of users in the workspace and cannot be limited to a subset.
Is there a free version of Awesome Graphs?
No. A paid subscription is required for all workspaces, regardless of size.
Billing Cycle & Payments
Can I purchase an annual subscription?
At this time, only monthly subscriptions are available. If you're interested in an annual plan, please let us know by contacting our Support Center or email us at support@stiltsoft.com.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payments are processed in USD via major credit cards and PayPal through a secure third-party provider.
When will I be billed?
You will be billed at the beginning of your monthly billing cycle, based on the date your subscription started. You can view your billing dates in the Plan details section.
What if the number of users in my workspace changes?
Billing is calculated based on the number of users at the beginning of your billing cycle. If users are added or removed mid-cycle, charges are adjusted accordingly next month. For example, if you add 5 users halfway through a billing cycle, the charge for those additional users will be reflected in the next month’s bill.
Can I update my payment information?
Yes. You can update your credit card details via the Manage billing details option without affecting your billing cycle. For changes to a company name or billing country, please contact our Support Center or email us at support@stiltsoft.com.
How are taxes applied?
Applicable sales taxes (e.g., VAT, GST) are calculated at checkout based on your billing address. Our payment provider handles taxes. Please find more details here.
Subscription Cancellation & Refunds
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time by clicking the Stop subscription button on the Plan details tab in your Bitbucket workspace settings. You may also contact us at support@stiltsoft.com or contact our Support Center.
What happens if I cancel before the billing cycle ends?
You will retain access to the app until the end of your current billing period. After that, your subscription will end, and your payment method will no longer be charged.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, you are eligible for a full refund within the first month of your paid subscription, starting from the beginning of your billing period. If you would like to request a refund, please contact our Support Center or email us at support@stiltsoft.com. Refunds are not available after the first paid month.
