These Awesome Graphs for Bitbucket Cloud Subscription Terms (the “Terms”) govern the relationship between Stiltsoft Europe OÜ (“Stiltsoft”, “we”, “our” or “us”) and you insofar as they amend or modify the Stiltsoft App License Agreement (the “Agreement”) with respect to pricing, payments, delivery, billing, renewals, subscriptions, and refunds in relation to our Awesome Graphs for Bitbucket Cloud application (the “App”).

The Agreement applies to all other aspects of your use of the App and our relationship with you.

Please read these Terms carefully. By clicking “I agree” (or similar button or checkbox) when you install or subscribe to the App, or by otherwise indicating your consent, you accept and agree to these Terms.

If you accept these Terms on behalf of your employer, company, or another organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity. In such cases, “you” and “your” refer to that entity. If you sign up using an email address from your employer or another entity, then (i) you will be deemed to represent such party, (ii) your acceptance will bind your employer or that entity to these Terms, and (iii) the word “you” will refer to your employer or that entity. 

General

The App is free if installed in a workspace with up to five (5) users. Otherwise, a paid subscription is required.

Order Placement and Acceptance; Taxes

You may purchase a subscription through the ‘Plan details’ tab in your Bitbucket workspace settings. We may request additional information if any order details are missing or inaccurate, and we reserve the right to cancel or limit any order at any time. For example, we may limit, cancel, or refuse an order if incorrect billing information has been provided or if we suspect fraudulent or improper conduct. 

Your order is conditioned on your acceptance of these Terms and the Agreement. We will activate or renew your subscription once the order is properly placed and a verified payment method has been received.

All payments are made in U.S. dollars using the payment methods we make available. Orders may be subject to applicable taxes based on your location or ours. You are responsible for all applicable taxes (including sales, use, VAT, excise, and withholding taxes) and any fees or surcharges related to your order, except for taxes based on our income.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge your payment method and store necessary payment credentials along with related transaction information.

Trial Period

If you qualify for a paid subscription plan, you will receive a free 14-day trial. After the trial period ends, continued use of the App requires a paid subscription. 

The free trial is available once per customer. We may modify or withdraw the trial offer at any time without prior notice and without liability.

Paid Subscriptions and Recurring Automatic Payments

We offer paid subscription plans billed monthly on a per-user basis. Fees are calculated based on the number of users with access to the workspace. You may add or remove users at any time, and charges will adjust accordingly on the next billing date.

Subscriptions are billed on the day you sign up and automatically renew at the end of each monthly billing cycle. The payment method you provide at the time of purchase will be automatically charged each month. 

Payments may be made using the methods we provide from time to time. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers; we do not process payments directly and do not store your card details (except the expiration date and the last four digits of your card number). We are not responsible for the processing of payments and shall not be liable for related issues. 

You must provide current, complete, and accurate billing information (including billing address, cardholder name, and card details). You are responsible for ensuring payments are made from a valid source for which you are the legal account holder or an authorized user. You must promptly update billing information to keep it accurate and complete. 

We may terminate your access to the App if any fees owed to us are not received on or before the due date. 

Paid Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the ‘Stop subscription’ button in your Bitbucket workspace settings, by contacting us at tech-support@stiltsoft.com, or by submitting a support request. 

If you cancel, the App will remain available until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Once the billing period ends, your payment method will no longer be charged, and access to the App will be revoked. 

You agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks, reversals, or otherwise cancel payments improperly. In such cases, you agree to reimburse us for any resulting losses, including chargeback fees or denied payments. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Refunds

Refund requests may be considered within the first paid month after the trial period. To request a refund, please contact us at tech-support@stiltsoft.com or submit a support request. 

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be granted in full, in part, or denied at our discretion. No refunds are available after the first paid month.
