  2. Fill out the form and follow the instructions to complete the purchase.
  3. You are all set! Your subscription will be activated once the order is placed and a verified form of payment is received.

How to manage the Premium Support Subscription

  • Renewal. Your Premium Support subscription is billed annually and will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. Please ensure your payment method is up-to-date.
  • Cancellation. You can cancel your subscription at any time by submitting a support request. The service will remain available until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds. Refunds are available if requested within thirty days of the purchase date. To request a refund, please submit a support request. Once approved, the refund will be processed, and your subscription will be canceled.
