Added support for status-specific restrictions including the read-write access to categories.

Now you can regulate access restriction on each status of your project workflow and grant read or read and write permissions to specific users, user groups and project roles. For the details on how to configure, see How to manage status-specific restrictions.

So end users will have different levels of permissions to categories and files within them:
