Creation Restrictions

Courses and Quizzes - LMS app creates a page in Confluence Settings, where you can set Creation Restrictions.
By default, when you installed the app, all users can create courses and quizzes. With Creation Restrictions, you can decide who can create courses and quizzes and who can't.  

To do that, you need to:

  1. Go to Settings (it is located in the top right corner of Confluence).

  2. Find Courses and Quizzes - LMS > Creation Restrictions.

  3. In the field, type a name of a user or a user group you'd like to be able to create courses and quizzes.

When done, only those who are included in the restrictions will be able to create courses and quizzes. 

If you need to revoke an ability to create courses and quizzes from a user or a user group, you need to click Remove next to the user name or a user group name. 

If you remove all users and user groups from the Creation Restrictions list, all users will be able to create courses and quizzes.
