Improved errors shown when a user lacks permissions

There're certain Confluence permissions that are needed for course/quiz creators and the app technical user for izi LMS to work properly.

This version introduced more detailed messages for cases when some permissions are missing. It also added an automation that automatically fixes the permission issues when possible reducing the number of situations when a creator needs to do something.
