For problems with buying the plugin on Markteplace, please contact Atlassian.

  2. What information should I provide to solve my problem as quickly as possible?

    Please, send us your plugin, JIRA, TeamCity and browser versions. Screenshots  Screenshots and logs (see #3) also would help to understand the problem.

  3. How do I turn on logging?

    Please, go to to Administration > System > Troubleshooting and Support > Logging & Profiling  and set the DEBUG level for the following packages:

    com.stiltsoft.jira.extra.teamcity.index

    com.stiltsoft.jira.extra.teamcity

    com.stiltsoft.lib.teamcity.connector.rest. 

    Optionally, you can do the same for    for com.stiltsoft.lib.teamcity.connector.util, but this may significantly slow may significantly slow down your JIRA instance and make a mess of your log.
